Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, document observations, and help onboard new Associates, while fostering meaningful relationships in a compassionate community.

This role requires English literacy, BLS certification, and the ability to manage multiple priorities. It is a 0.2 FTE, with a wage range of $19.15–$20.90 per hour and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.

Responsibilities
