Job summary

Benedictine is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with activities of daily living and maintain a caring environment. You will assist with daily tasks, observe residents, document care, and help onboard new associates.

Requirements include 18+ to operate lift equipment, completion of medication administration training, and strong communication in English. BLS certification is preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Must complete and maintain the assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
