Benedictine Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a compassionate, empowering environment in our senior care community in the upper Midwest.

The RA will provide observation, documentation, and assist with onboarding of new associates, while upholding our core values of Hospitality, Stewardship, Respect and Justice.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
