Benedictine Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant (RA) to join our senior care team in La Crosse, WI. You will support residents with activities of daily living, help maintain their living environments, and build meaningful relationships through respectful, person-centered care.

This role emphasizes observation, documentation, and teamwork—onboarding of new associates and collaboration with the care staff to ensure a comforting and empowering culture for residents.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

Responsibilities

• The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and helps maintain their personal environment.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) provides observation and documentation.
• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.
