Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry; long-term care or assisted living preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with high-quality daily living care under supervision.
• Assist with activities of daily living per Service Plan and nursing/manager directions.
• Apply basic nursing, personal care and restorative skills as appropriate.
• Support tenants' mental health and social needs and respect cognitive impairments.
• Be part of an interdisciplinary care team to promote independence and well-being.
