Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide direct routine care to tenants under supervision, following the Service Plan and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards. The RA will work within a multidisciplinary team to promote independence and overall well-being of residents.

The ideal candidate has healthcare industry experience; long-term care or assisted living experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience in healthcare industry.
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living under supervision.
• Apply basic nursing and personal care skills as outlined by the Service Plan.
• Support independence and promote tenants’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being as part of the care team.
