Monarch Healthcare Management is seeking a Resident Assistant (RA) to provide direct routine care in daily living activities under supervision of licensed staff. You will support tenants to maintain independence and collaborate with an interdisciplinary care team across Monarch's Minnesota facilities.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, adherence to the Service Plan, and promoting residents' well-being within a multi-shift environment (PT AM, PT PM, FT NOC).

Qualifications

• Experience in the healthcare industry; experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred.
• Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary care team.

Responsibilities

• Provide tenants with direct routine care in activities of daily living.
• Work under supervision of the licensed nurse or AL Clinical Manager and align with the Service Plan and MDH Nursing Assistant Program standards.
• Support residents to achieve and maintain the highest practicable physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.
