Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and maintain a safe, supportive environment. You will document observations and assist with onboarding of new team members, while communicating clearly with residents and staff.

The role emphasizes empathy, reliability, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a nonprofit senior care setting across the upper Midwest.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
