Job summary

Benedictine Living in Minnesota seeks a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities and to maintain their personal environment. You will document observations and assist with onboarding new Associates, ensuring a caring, respectful atmosphere for all residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18+ to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.

• The Resident Assistant (RA) assists with onboarding of new Associates.

Qualifications
