Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for Assisted Living. The role supports residents with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.

The position requires compassionate care, reliability, and stamina for long shifts, with weekend availability preferred. You will participate in a team-driven environment, ensuring residents receive dignified, personalized attention while supporting overall well-being and safety in our assisted living

Qualifications

• Caregiving and basic resident support skills.
• Strong communication with residents and team.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting).
• Assist residents with meals and feeding as needed.
• Perform light housekeeping duties and laundry.
• Support setup and service for activities and meals.
• Maintain dignity, respect, and patient care in daily routines.

We Are Looking For

Resident Assistants/CNAs Are Expected To Accomplish Tasks Outside Of Their Normal Assignments Whenever Necessary To Maintain a Quality Care Environment For Our Residents. As Part Of a Team-oriented Workplace, Resident Assistants Participate In Training Opportunities And Offer Help To Other Areas And Staff In Need. The Typical Work Of a Resident Assistant Can Include

• Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
• Assist residents with meals and snacks
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
• Housekeeping duties as necessary
