Job summary

Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA for the 2nd or 3rd shift to support residents in daily living activities and provide compassionate care in a focused, respectful environment.

As a team member, you will assist with activities of daily living, meals, mobility, and personal care while adhering to training and safety guidelines. Benefits include health insurance, 401K, paid time off, and opportunities for career development.

Qualifications

• Can-do attitude is required.

• Reading, writing, and basic math/communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with activities of daily living to meet physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, laundry and other care duties.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks; help with setup and feeding as needed.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary and support other areas as needed.
