Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/CNA for our assisted living communities. You will support residents with daily living activities, provide compassionate care, and work as part of a team to maintain a high quality of life for seniors.

Ideal candidates are reliable, able to lift 50 lbs, have strong reading and communication skills, and enjoy caring for others. A patient, respectful attitude and dependable transportation are important for this role.

Qualifications

• Reading, writing, and basic math and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Able to stand for long periods of time.
• Must be at least 18 years old.

Responsibilities

• Provide assistance with activities of daily living to meet residents' physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity.
• This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks.
• Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary.
• Housekeeping duties as necessary
