Morning Pointe Senior Living is seeking a Resident Assistant/CNA to support residents in assisted living. The role includes helping with daily living activities, meals, and mobility, while upholding dignity and respect in a compassionate setting.

Ideal candidates are reliable, patient, and able to stand for long periods, with a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude. Schedule options include 1st or 2nd shift to fit team needs.

Qualificações

• Reading, writing and basic math skills required.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Reading and writing proficiency to communicate with residents and staff.
• Reliable transportation and dependable work ethic.

Responsabilidades

• Provide daily living assistance to residents to meet physical, emotional and spiritual needs with dignity.
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and related tasks.
• Assist residents with meals and snacks and related setup/feeding activities.
• Perform housekeeping duties as necessary to maintain a clean environment.

We are looking for:

Resident Assistants/CNAs are expected to accomplish tasks outside of their normal assignments whenever necessary to maintain a quality care environment for our residents. As part of a team-oriented workplace, Resident Assistants participate in training opportunities and offer help to other areas and staff in need. The typical work of a Resident Assistant can include:

1. Providing assistance with activities of daily living to meet the resident's physical, emotional, intellectual, social and spiritual needs with respect and dignity
2. This may include bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, perineal care, laundry, bed making, and other duties of care
3. Assist residents with meals and snacks
4. Assist with setup, service and feeding if necessary
5. Housekeeping duties as necessary
