Job summary

The Waters Senior Living Management LLC is seeking a Resident Assistant to support daily living activities for residents under nurse supervision. You will deliver personal care, assist during meals, and perform homemaking tasks with dignity and respect.

Strong customer service, English communication, and basic computer skills with EHR familiarity are essential. The role offers on-site work in Minnesota and opportunities to grow within a caring, mission-driven team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience as nursing/resident assistant in senior services preferred.
• Ability to read, write, speak English and follow directions.
• Basic computer skills with experience or ability to learn EHR systems.
• Compassion for hospitality and excellence in senior care.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexible with hours and shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provides personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning and transfers.
• Assists residents in dining.
• Provides homemaking tasks.
• Responds to health status changes and updates care plans.
• Completes thorough daily charting.
• Collaborates with team to deliver The Waters Way.
• Other duties as assigned.
