Job summary

Vista Prairie Communities in Eagle Pointe is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate personal care and support to our senior residents in a welcoming, on-site setting. As part of a dedicated team, you will assist with daily living activities, mobility and transfers, and medication administration under state regulations.

The role emphasizes respect, dignity, and meaningful interactions with residents.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Senior Living experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines encouraged.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with personal care.
• Support residents with mobility and transfers.
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations.
• Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions.

What You'll Do:

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support residents with mobility and transfers

What You'll Need:
