Vista Prairie Communities at Eagle Pointe in Minnesota seeks a Resident Assistant to provide compassionate, individualized care to residents in a senior living setting. The role focuses on daily personal care, mobility support, and safe medication assistance, with attention to emotional well-being and meaningful interactions.

The position is part-time with a supportive team, diverse shift options, and a pay range reflecting experience.

Qualifications

• 1 year of Senior Living experience preferred.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Training in health-related disciplines and/or experience preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions required.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with personal care needs (e.g., bathing, grooming, hygiene)
• Support residents with mobility and transfers
• Administer medications as directed and in accordance with regulations
