Job summary

Personal Healthcare Management LLC is offering a temporary position to help familiarize staff with residents before transitioning to CNA training. The role pays a new rate of $16/hr and requires no prior experience, with a clear path to become a Certified Nursing Assistant.

The position is full-time with benefits and opportunities for professional growth. Responsibilities include non-direct care tasks like bed making, resident transport, and responding to call lights, within an Equal Opportunity

Responsibilities

• Assist with non-direct care tasks such as making resident beds and transporting residents.
• Answer call lights and deliver meals and trays.
• Support residents in daily activities and ensure safety and comfort.
• Identify issues, prioritize tasks and follow up on resolutions.

Responsibilities:

• Effective in recognizing problems and identifying workable solutions.
• Seeks out relevant information and effectively prioritizes tasks.
• Demonstrates appropriate follow-up.
• This is a non-direct care position, and some required tasks will include making resident beds, internal transporting of our residents, answering resident call lights, delivering resident food trays and other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• US work authorization (Preferred)
