Personal Healthcare Management LLC is offering a full-time entry-level role designed to train a Certified Nursing Assistant. This position requires no prior experience and includes paid training to become a CNA, with responsibilities that span resident support, basic care activities, and meal delivery.

Responsibilities

• Assist with non-direct care tasks: making beds, transporting residents, answering call lights, delivering meals.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by the facility.

This is a temporary position meant to get you acquainted to the facility and residents prior to being transitioned to our CNA Class in becoming a CNA!!

New Rate: ($16/hr)

Responsibilities:

• Effective in recognizing problems and identifying workable solutions.
• Seeks out relevant information and effectively prioritizes tasks.
• Demonstrates appropriate follow-up.
• This is a non-direct care position, and some required tasks will include making resident beds, internal transporting of our residents, answering resident call lights, delivering resident food trays and other tasks as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)
• US work authorization (Preferred)
