Job summary

Orchard Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is offering a temporary position to get you acquainted with the facility and residents while training to become a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA). New rate is $16/hour with no experience required.

This full-time on-site role includes a benefits package (401(k), health/dental/vision, PTO) and opportunities for professional growth as you progress toward the CNA class.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• US work authorization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Recognize problems and identify workable solutions.
• Prioritize tasks and follow up effectively.
• Non-direct care tasks include making resident beds, transporting residents, answering call lights, and delivering trays.

Responsibilities:

• This is a non-direct care position, and some required tasks will include making resident beds, internal transporting of our residents, answering resident call lights, delivering resident food trays and other tasks as assigned.
