Job summary

Benedictine Living in the Midwest seeks a caring Resident Assistant (RA) to support residents with daily living activities and help maintain their personal environment. You will assist with observation, documentation, and onboarding of new Associates, upholding our compassionate culture.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.

• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
