Job summary

Traditions-Management is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide direct care per individualized care plans. You will assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility while promoting independence and social interaction.

You will monitor wellbeing and report changes to supervisors, ensure a safe, clean, homelike environment, and support meals with setup and engagement. Strong communication and compassionate care are essential.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.
• Compassion, patience, and a resident-centered approach.
• Strong communication, observation, and time-management skills.
• Ability to perform physical tasks safely and provide support as needed.
