Job summary

Traditions-Management in Zanesville, OH, is seeking a Resident Assistant to support residents with daily activities and to create a safe, homelike environment. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals, always upholding residents' rights and dignity.

The role requires completion of a state-approved CNA program with active certification, prior senior care experience, and strong communication and observation skills to ensure compassionate, patient-centered care.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
