Traditionsatnorthwillow in Bloomington, IN is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant/HHA to support residents with daily living activities across both day and night shifts. You will help with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care, while promoting dignity and resident rights in a homelike setting.

Qualifications

• Completion of a state-approved Nursing Assistant or CNA program and current certification in states where required.
• Previous experience in senior care or healthcare preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.

Nightshift 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM & Dayshift 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Memory Care 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM

As a Resident Assistant, HHA, you’ll help residents with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, meals, and personal care. You’ll also assist with creating a safe, clean, and homelike environment while supporting resident rights, choices, and dignity. Your role ensures residents receive compassionate care while feeling respected and valued.

Resident Assistant/HHA Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide direct care to residents according to their individualized plan of care.
• Assist with activities of daily living (ADLs) including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and mobility.
