• Creating a welcoming, fun, and exciting work environment for Cedar Point associates through various Resident Life roles.
• Explaining, supporting, and enforcing policies and procedures.
• Establishing a team environment within your assigned building by role modeling and focusing on Cedar Point’s core values.
• Performing administrative tasks such as posting flyers, completing weekly reports, and assisting as needed.
