What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist residents with daily activities, including grooming, dressing, and medication reminders.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, providing empathetic and personalized care.
• Encourage participation in recreational activities, outings, and social events.
• Collaborate with the care team to support residents’ physical, emotional, and social well-being.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for all residents.

What You Bring to the Team:

• Compassion – A kind-hearted, patient, and empathetic nature that residents will adore.
• Communication Skills – Ability to connect with people from all walks of life.
• Teamwork – A collaborative spirit and willingness to pitch in wherever needed.
• Education – High school diploma or equivalent required. CNA certification is a plus!
• Experience – Prior experience in senior living or healthcare is great, but a positive attitude and eagerness to learn matter most.
