Job summary

Great Lakes Management is seeking a Resident Assistant in Saint Cloud, MN. The role supports residents with daily living activities and emotional well-being, under the supervision of nursing staff. A caring, patient approach and ability to document observations are essential.

We offer both part-time and full-time positions with morning, evening, and overnight shifts. Competitive pay ($18–$22/hour) and benefits such as health care, 401(k) match, paid time off, and daily meals are provided.

Qualifications

• 6 months of experience in long-term care or assisted living residence preferred but not required.
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant, Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Assistant preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement.
• Help each resident to reach and maintain the highest level of performance and independence.
• Provide residents with both physical and emotional support.
• Assist with treatments as delegated by the Registered Nurse per the resident service agreement
• The Resident Assistant observes clients and reports changes in physical and emotional condition to case manager.
• Interact with residents to provide reassurance, engagement, and redirection as appropriate.
• Complete all required documentation daily, service schedule, flow sheet, communication book, etc.

Resident Assistant Job Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with ADL's (Activities of Daily Living) as indicated on the individualized service agreement
