Job summary

The Arbor Company in Spartanburg, SC is seeking compassionate caregivers to support seniors with daily living activities, mobility and personal care on a full-time basis. You will help residents stay active, engaged and safe in a respectful, home-like environment.

We value teamwork and provide growth opportunities. A HS diploma is required; prior caregiving experience is favored. The role emphasizes dignity, safety, and high-quality resident care.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Certification/license not required.
• At least 6 months previous care-related work experience.
• Memory care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to assist with activities of daily living.
• Encourage residents to socialize and engage with others.
