Position Summary:

Under general supervision, helps residents maintain independence and vitality by ensuring their room is clean, fully equipped, and food and beverages are accessible.

• Provides compassionate, individualized assistance to residents.
• Assists with daily personal tasks such as dressing, oral hygiene, and bathing, ensuring necessary equipment and supplies are available.
• Performs daily assignments including water pitcher preparation and distribution, meal tray prep and distribution, pantry and cupboard maintenance.
• Maintains confidentiality of all resident and family information.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent (required).
• Prior experience in the field (preferred).
