Job summary

Benedictine Living is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant in the La Crosse area to support residents with daily living activities and to build meaningful relationships within a nonprofit senior care team.

You will assist with daily tasks, document observations, and help onboard new Associates, while enjoying hourly pay of $16.15–$16.95 and a robust benefits package.

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statute.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
