Job summary

Complete Care at Dawnview is hiring for a Resident Assistant to help maintain a safe environment and provide non-medical personal care and light housekeeping. The role includes 1:1 observations of residents in need and communication with nursing staff as required.

Relevant experience in healthcare is preferred but not required. The position offers casual hours with shifts 8a-3p and 3p-8p and requires every other weekend.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a group.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required
