Job summary

Complete Care is seeking a dedicated Resident Assistant to help maintain a healthful, safe environment and provide non-medical personal care along with light housekeeping.

Shift options include 8a-3p and 3p-8p with casual hours, and every other weekend is required. Healthcare experience is preferred but not required; computer knowledge is expected.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Experience in healthcare preferred but not required.
• Computer knowledge expected.

• Provide 1:1 observations of residents in need.
• Monitor resident behavior and communicate to nursing as needed.
