Job summary

St. Gabriel's Community is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to support residents with daily living activities, ensuring a safe and comfortable living environment.

You will build meaningful relationships while assisting residents with daily tasks and personal care. The role includes documenting observations, contributing to onboarding of new Associates, and upholding the Benedictine values of hospitality, stewardship, respect, and justice in a supportive, team-oriented setting in

Qualifications

• Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training program and competencies.
• Must be 18 to operate lift equipment per statue.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to prioritize tasks independently.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate in English.
• BLS Certification.
