Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant to join our team. Responsibilities include:

• Providing personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and vital signs.
• Assisting residents with mealtime, including food preparation and encouragement to eat.
• Completing and documenting shift assignments, and reporting if unable to complete.
• Communicating with residents, families, and staff as needed.
• Providing planned activities and responding promptly to call lights and emergencies.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Preferred: one year of experience as a CNA/PCA/HHA/RA.
