Job Overview

Ebenezer offers a robust compensation package for RAs with excellent benefits and hourly wages ranging from $20.90 - $26/hour. Wage determinations will be based on related experience.

We are looking for a Resident Assistant/Home Health Aide to provide personal cares that improve and/or maintain the physical and emotional well-being of senior residents at Meadow Woods in Bloomington, MN. CNA certification is not required unless under 18 years old.

This part-time caregiver position includes:

1. 45 hours per two weeks
2. Evening shifts
3. Every other weekend (Saturday and Sunday) and holiday rotation

Responsibilities include:

• Assisting residents with personal cares such as bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, toileting, and transfers/lifts
• Providing health-related services under nurse supervision, including medication passing, glucose monitoring, and vital signs
• Performing duties like laundry, cleaning, meal service, and activity assistance
• Observing residents and reporting to staff
• Assisting with onboarding new staff

Required Skills:

• Effective communication with compassion and kindness
• Ability to work with a diverse and older population
• CNA certification if under 18

Preferred Education/Experience/Skills:

• High School diploma or GED, or completion of a formal NA or HHA course
