Responsibilities include:

1. The Resident Assistant (RA) supports residents with daily living activities and maintains their personal environment.
2. The RA provides observation and documentation.
3. The RA assists with onboarding new associates.
4. Must complete and maintain assigned medication administration training and competencies.
5. Must be 18 or older to operate lift equipment per statute.
6. Manage multiple priorities effectively.
7. Prioritize tasks independently.
8. Exhibit excellent communication skills.
9. Read, write, and communicate fluently in English.
10. Hold BLS Certification.
