Outcome HC is seeking a Resident Assistant to provide direct care to seniors in our Beachwood, OH facility. The RA will support residents in daily activities and participate with the care team to ensure high-quality service.

Qualifications include a High School/GED, strong communication, empathy for the elderly, and the ability to perform physical tasks. Reliable transportation and a professional, caring attitude are required.

Resident Assistant (RA) -

We are currently seeking Resident Assistants to join our team. We provide a wide array of services to seniors. The RA is responsible for providing direct care to the clients in his/her assigned area.
