The Villas at King David Center in Beachwood, OH is seeking Resident Assistants to join our team. Our RA role includes providing direct care to residents in an assisted living setting with day and night shifts available. Multiple openings include full-time, part-time, and PRN positions, including 12 or 8 hour shifts.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School/GED diploma.
• Must have the communication skills necessary to work with residents, families, and colleagues as a team member.
• Must demonstrate sensitivity to, empathy for, and an interest in the elderly and those with cognitive impairments.
• Must be physically able to bend, push, lift, stand extensively, and perform assigned responsibilities.
• Must assist with personal care for all residents.
• Must be self-motivated and detail oriented.

• Must have reliable transportation.
