Job summary

Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows in Baraboo, WI is seeking a compassionate Resident Assistant (RCA) to support residents with daily living activities in a safe, warm environment.

This role requires CBRF certification, a high school diploma, and a caring team approach; we offer daily pay, competitive wages, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for growth within our growing community.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Active CBRF Certification (required).
• CNA a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills for charting and communication.
• Prior caregiving or long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, meals and mobility.
• Maintain clean, safe living spaces and assist with personal items.
• Complete documentation accurately and promptly.
• Follow state and facility policies and CBRF regulations.
• Observe changes in residents’ condition and report them.
• Collaborate with nurses and care team to deliver holistic care.

Now Hiring: Resident Assistant (Full-Time/Part-Time)

As a Resident Assistant at St. Claire Meadows, you’ll be a vital part of creating a safe, comfortable, and joyful environment for our residents. Your empathy, attentiveness, and commitment will directly enhance their daily lives.

Your Responsibilities

• Support residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs): bathing, grooming, dressing, oral hygiene, meals, feeding assistance, ambulating, transferring, turning, positioning, and toileting
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized resident living spaces—including tidying rooms, changing linens, and assisting with personal items
• Complete all required documentation accurately and promptly to ensure clear and consistent communication
• Follow all CBRF regulations, as well as state, federal, and facility policies and procedures
• Observe and report any notable changes in residents’ physical, emotional, or behavioral condition
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and exercises per individualized care plans
• Engage residents in interactive activities that encourage independence, connection, and well-being
• Respond quickly and kindly to resident requests and call lights
• Collaborate with nurses, therapists, and the care team to deliver holistic, person-centered care
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support smooth daily operations

What You’ll Need
