Job summary

Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows in Baraboo, WI is hiring a CNA to provide direct care, comfort, and support to residents in a compassionate, safe setting. You will work as part of a modern LTC team dedicated to quality care and daily resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Monitor resident conditions and report updates immediately to the charge nurse.
• Complete timely electronic charting and ensure a safe, compliant care environment.
