Job summary

Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows in Baraboo, WI is hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to deliver direct resident care, comfort, and support. The position is available on a full-time or part-time basis (second shift) with every other weekend required, and requires an active Wisconsin CNA certification.

You will assist residents with ADLs, monitor health status, document in electronic charts, and collaborate with a dedicated team to maintain a safe, compassionate care environment.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA license in good standing.
• High School Diploma/GED, basic charting skills, and background check clearance.
• Strong team collaboration skills (LTC experience preferred, new grads welcome).

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with ADLs, including personal hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor resident conditions and report updates immediately to the charge nurse.
