Wellington Place at Meadows is a 28‑bed CBRF facility located at 525 Memorial Drive, Fort Atkinson, WI 53538 offering independence to seniors while our professional staff ensure comfort and safety. We have a reputation for providing quality care in a friendly, home‑like atmosphere.

We are currently seeking to hire full‑time and part‑time Resident Assistants (RA) / Caregivers. Experience is not necessary; Wellington Homes of Wisconsin has an employer‑paid training program. What do Resident Assistants / Caregivers do?

• Provide routine resident care

• Must always maintain a caring attitude towards residents and be capable of good judgment in all situations.
• Must be 18 years or older
• Must speak and understand English
• Must pass background check, caregiver background check and drug test
• Compassionate, self‑motivated individual
• Must have transportation to and from the facility
