Complete Care at Jefferson Meadows in Baraboo, WI is looking for a compassionate CNA to provide direct resident care, comfort, and support within a modern facility.

Qualifications

• Active Wisconsin CNA license in good standing.

Responsabilités

• Assist residents with ADLs including hygiene, dressing, feeding, and mobility.
• Monitor resident conditions and report updates promptly to the charge nurse.
• Complete timely electronic charting and maintain a safe, compliant care environment.
