Job summary

Haven Health is seeking an Activity Manager in Scottsdale, AZ to lead the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program as part of the Interdisciplinary Care Team.

You will schedule activities for individuals and groups, monitor resident responses, and contribute to care planning to meet assessed needs. Strong English skills and physical ability to move and lift are required.

Qualifications

• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain).
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing.
• Tuberculosis Testing.
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire).
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds.
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English.

Responsibilities

• Directs the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program.
• Oversees scheduling of activities for residents, both individual and group, and monitors responses.
• Evaluates activity outcomes to ensure alignment with care plan goals and resident needs.
