Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have Fingerprinting Clearance Card or be eligible to obtain.
• Background screening, licensure verification (if applicable), reference check, drug testing.
• Tuberculosis testing.
• Employee health screening (conducted after hire).
• Ability to move, lift and transfer a minimum of 50 pounds.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand English.

Responsibilities

• Assist in directing the development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation of the activities program.
• Assist in completing the activities component of the comprehensive assessment along with the care plan goals and approaches.
• Direct the activity program, including scheduling of activities (individual and group) and assisting in implementing such programs.
