Job summary

Haven Health Prescott is seeking an Activity Assistant to support our activities program, under the direction of the Activity Manager. You will help develop, implement, supervise, and evaluate activities for residents.

Responsibilities include scheduling individual and group activities and assisting in implementing programs aligned with the care plan goals. This role requires English proficiency and physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Part-time position in Prescott, AZ.

Qualifications

• Fingerprinting Clearance Card (or eligible to obtain)
• Background Screening, Licensure Verification (if applicable), Reference Check, Drug Testing
• Tuberculosis Testing
• Employee Health Screening (Conducted after Hire)
• Ability to Move, Lift and Transfer a minimum of 50 Pounds
• Must be able to Speak, Read, Write and Understand English

• Assist in directing the activity program, development, implementation, supervision and ongoing evaluation.
• Schedule of activities for individuals and groups and assist in implementing such programs.
