Kadima Healthcare Group seeks an Activity Programs Coordinator to plan, organize, and direct resident activity programs in accordance with standards and guidance. You will evaluate resident needs and coordinate with families, staff, and community agencies to deliver engaging activities.

The role emphasizes ensuring emotional, recreational, and social well-being of residents through structured schedules and personalized plans, with interaction across departments and with external partners.

Qualifications

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills; detail oriented.
• Positive attitude towards the elderly and Long Term Care.

Responsabilités

• Compile and maintain current activity schedules and provide craft supplies and materials.
• Develop and implement activity programs, resident assessments and discharge planning.
• Coordinate activities with residents, families, staff and community agencies.
• Provide residents, families and staff with scheduled activities for the month.
• Encourage participation in group and individual recreational activities, arts/crafts, outings, and educational activities.
