Job summary

Responsibilities

• Develops and delivers activity/recreational programming to promote the resident’s opportunities for engaging in normal life.
• Completes the Minimal Data Set and care plans within required timeframes; attends Resident Care Plan Meetings.
• Conducts admissions interviews, documents activities sections of MDS assessments, and writes CAA and care plans.
• Prepares monthly calendars of activity programs and posts them in the center.
• Identifies activity preferences and health issues affecting participation; documents findings.
