Qualifications

• Certified Activity Director with NCCAP or state-approved credential.
• Experience in long-term care preferred.
• Knowledge of MDS and care plans required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and oversee daily and monthly activity programs
• Complete activity MDS assessments and participate in care planning
• Supervise activities staff and coordinate special events
• Maintain compliance and accurate documentation
