Job summary

You will collaborate with the activities director, plan crafts, games, and outings, monitor engagement, and document attendance and feedback to tailor programs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
• 0-2 years of experience in a healthcare setting or similar environment.
• Ability to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, organizing, and implementing recreational activities to meet residents' needs.
• Encourage socialization and community building through group activities and events.
• Monitor and evaluate activity effectiveness and adjust as needed.
• Collaborate with activities director and team for seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and feedback.
