Responsibilities

• Plan and implement activities that cater to diverse interests and needs of residents, including arts and crafts, games, outings, and social events.
• Build relationships with residents to understand their preferences and tailor activities to meet their unique needs and abilities.
• Collaborate with the activities director to develop and implement activity programs that promote socialization, recreation, and relaxation.
• Administer activities and programs in accordance with state and federal regulations, as well as Marie's Manor policies and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of activities, attendance, and resident participation.
